PwC’s Marketplace is an online B2B marketplace where you can find an array of technology and academic solutions to key business issues – with both PwC built and home-grown solutions from local start-ups and SMEs.
Which countries will the Marketplace be available in?
Solutions are country specific, where purchase is limited for use within the specific Marketplace country site.
What kind of solution listing are available in the Marketplace?
We understand the world is rapidly changing and there is an increasing need for organisations to embrace digital transformation. As such we bring to you the Marketplace, where you can find an array of technology and academic solutions to key business issues – with both PwC-built and home-grown solutions from local startups and SMEs.
How do I buy solutions via PwC’s Marketplace?
Our payment options include credit or debit card and bank transfers.

Is the pricing all inclusive?
Pricing for each solution is based as stated with additional modules and customisation available to meet your specific digital needs.
Note:
Prices excludes Malaysia government’s sales and service tax.
Any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses we incur in connection with the above will be charged at cost.
The implementation and/or licence fees for third party software do not form any part of PwC’s fees as they will be acquired directly by you from the software vendors/authorised resellers.
2. Order related
A confirmation email will be sent to your email address that you used for your PwC’s Marketplace account registration. Please check your junk/spam folder if this is your first time purchasing on PwC’s Marketplace website.

3. Account related
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password please visit https://marketplace.my.pwc.com/forgotten-password/ and follow the instructions on screen.
Why was my business (legal entity) declined?
If your request to purchase has been declined this is because our independence and risk assessment checks indicate that we are restricted from providing services to your business as a result of our regulated status.
What about data protection?
The security of your data is our highest priority. The hosting, processing and storage of data are set up in accordance with PDPA. You will find more detailed information in our privacy policy.
4. Payment related
My credit card was declined, what should I do?
Should you experience any difficulty when attempting to purchase a solution by credit card, there is an option to pay offline by bank transfer.
To request for an invoice, please select offline for payment method at the check out page. Details are provided for a step-by-step payment procedure.

6. Academy
Will the virtual trainings be suited for mobile devices as well?
It is generally possible to provide trainings through mobile devices. However, this requires additional effort (not included in the price) and special preparation on your end.

MFRS e-learn product discount.
PwC’s MFRS e-learnings are the perfect solution for conveniently meeting your training requirements and getting a comprehensive overview of the different MFRS / IFRS standards. The terms and conditions of MFRS e-learnings discount are listed below for your reference:
a. The promotion is applicable on individual MFRS e-learn products.
b. The promotion is not applicable to the below MFRS packages:
- MFRS e-learnings beginner package
- MFRS e-learnings intermediate package
- MFRS e-learnings advance package (part 1)
- MFRS e-learnings advance package (part 2)
- MFRS e-learnings complete package
c. Customer must add a minimum of 2 MFRS e-learn products into their shopping cart and the discount will automatically be applied at the checkout page.
