The ability to solve problems is one of the capabilities that most employers look for in their employees at all levels of seniority.

The prevalence of managers and executives not being able to find solutions to problems individually and as a team is often cited as a source of frustration and at times bottlenecks within SMEs. Fortunately, this is a skill that can be nurtured with training and practice.

Target audience


This course is intended for people who need to solve problems that are often non-simplistic in nature.




At the end of the training, participants will be able to take a problem through a structured and analytical approach from beginning to end using a suite of tools. They will also be able to apply this problem solving method either individually or as a team.

  • During the training, we will introduce the participants to a set of tools that will take them from root cause analysis, to solutioning, which includes the ability to express the outcome in a high level milestone plan
  • In addition, we will also take them through essentials skills such as stakeholder analysis, rapport building and planning an effective meeting
  • Our approach is not only hands on, but also encourage participants to actively interact with one another as they would in real life problem solving situations
